With Senators Crapo (R-ID) and Wyden (D-OR) soliciting feedback from the industry, we see this as an early stage of sounding out potential bipartisan policy changes (and, all else equal, including industry feedback is a positive), suggesting that there is a way to go before any formalized policy.
